Wellness Yoga is an after-school activity led by the Occupational Therapist, Anne Tufts. It is offered in sessions of 6-8 weeks, two or three times a year, for an hour after school. In order to accommodate as many children as possible, it is offered through a lottery system, first to those students who have never taken the class, and is limited to 12 students.

Class description:
Explore yoga postures and poses. Build strength, flexibility, concentration, focus, compassion and self-esteem, while developing a lifetime skill.

Yoga is a noncompetitive activity which helps develop both the body and the mind, and provides each student with the opportunity to learn, grow, and succeed.
